The website httbin dot org appears to be malware. Regardless, it is definitely not the same thing as httpbin.org. It is referred to on lines 7 and 40 of HW3's readme.md file, and is notably the first URL in the document. Regardless of the fact that it doesn't explicitly say to visit the site, some students (such as myself) may visit the site to learn what it is that will be supposedly used for grading, as it states on line 7.
