IP Scanner: Resizeable columns

As per title to be fair.

It doesn't appear we can increase the width of columns (manually or by double-click 'snap'), so am unable to view the full FQDN of hosts.

This currently only works when there is enough free space (for example, when the window is maximized). Only then can you resize it and also double-click.

I think this is a side effect of another issue we had. The last column would never size/render correctly, and maybe the workaround for that breaks this. Not sure if we can fix this at all.

Edit: All other tools should have the same behaviour. The view also needs data - otherwhise the columns cant be resized.

We noticed that, at least under the circumstances we were testing, that collapsing or expanding to the right-hand profiles pane seems to have an impact on whether the columns are resizable, too.

This is an excellent toolkit by the way :)
