Fix Team and pilots standings

Team standings doesnt load and dont show image and pilots have older images and some pilots doesnt have photos

I fixed it in 37869e9, it will be available in the next update.

NB: the API is returning links to 404 pages and empty images alongside some correct url parts...

I just released the new version with the fix for drivers.
The images of the cars are a bit off, I will fix it in another release, I had to publish this one quickly.
