Test SPHEREx notebooks once QR3 is released

Our CI should catch bugs, but someone familiar with the data should also test the notebooks to make sure they make sense.

• spherex-source-discovery-tool-demo - This may (or may not) fail and require a lot of work to fix. If it does, let's discuss and figure out what a reasonable timeline is and what to do with the notebook in the meantime.
