[Feature] Add a way to obtain differently colored flowers

I want to decorate something with a few different flowers and it would be nice if one could use the coloring ability of the paintbrush to change a dandalion into an blue orchid or a sunflower (maybe only from a rose bush as both are 2 blocks high)
