[BUG] Amaranth cannot be planted on modded farmlands

To Reproduce
Use 'Just Dire Things' Eclipse Alloy Hoe to create a 'shadowpulse soil' block, then try to plant amaranth grain on that.

Expected behavior
Amaranth should be planted successfully.

Other mods check state.getBlock() instanceof FarmBlock rather than using a tag. Perhaps something simple would work well, then, such as
