Description
Considering what I said earlier about the basic need to transfer data over a network using standard protocols, I continue to study this topic.
Now that FTP is working and SFTP is working too (alas, I haven't checked FTPS yet), I've switched to the next protocol that I really need - iSCSI.
Unfortunately, I found out again that the kernel modules are missing, as well as for the NFS protocol, so I'm asking you to fix it.
Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- apk add targetcli targetcli-openrc
- mkdir -p /srv/iscsi
- dd if=/dev/zero of=/srv/iscsi/disk1.img bs=1M count=1024
- targetcli
Expected Behavior
The ability to create an iSCSI disk based on a file or an entirely downloaded USB device (these are separate tests in the plans) and subsequently attach such a network disk to the hypervisor and backup or restore virtual machines.
Actual Behavior
podroid:# targetcli
b"modprobe: can't change directory to '/lib/modules': No such file or directory\n"
podroid:#
