Add confirmation after loading FEKL file

When we push FEKL Uploader → Load into Model, it would be nice to have a dialog box indicating that the action completed, as well as how far it got before encountering an error.

Thank you, I've updated Boston Online at FactEngine, and there is now a flash card that appears when the load has finished successfully.
NB Each line in the set of FEKL is now also highlighted light-blue as it is being processed. Because of the virtualisation, however, the light blue highlighting only shows sporadically as it goes down the list etc.
