fedora 44 kde has an issue with auto tablet mode detection

I have tried the fix provided here https://github.com/FrameworkComputer/linux-docs/blob/main/framework12/Fedora-all.md#tablet-mode-fedora-44-bug-workaround and yes it is the same issue i confirmed that but even after doing the fix still no luck
