[Bug] (external) Popup freezes underlying app

Describe the bug

When popup is activated on top of GitHub or Google account menu they stop responding to my touch until I close pipepipe, as if there was a protection against displaying over other apps or pipepipe was considered to be some sort of malware

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open app
2. Play video
3. Set video in pop up mode
4. Open GitHub or any Google account menu (hasn't happened on others yet)
5. Underlying app freezes until pipepipe is closed in recent apps, even if video is no longer in popup
