Mouse not locked to window (Linux)

In windowed mode, the mouse isn't locked to the window on Linux.
Makes mouselook especially annoying to play with.

The issue persists in fullscreen mode too. After turning right/left for a bit, the game refuses to accept any more mouse input in that direction.
