Investigate a JupyterLite implementation on webpage

There is now a relatively stable implementation of Python fully inside a web browser. A system called JupyterLab, this allows for people to use a python locally without any installation.

We should investigate how well this works with DeerLab as it could remove the installation barriers and issues that many users still face regularly.

It would indeed be very useful for DeerLab. I can also recommend marimo for this purpose which can be used to make standalone webassembly notebooks. I was able to integrate them into sphinx-based documentation for one of our projects (ILTpy) : https://apps.fz-juelich.de/iltpy/demo
