This release reworks the trailing column so your working directory is always in view, moves the worktree name onto the branch, fixes the effort word drifting off the pipe when extra-usage credits run high, and — timed for Fable leaving subscription plans on 2026-07-07 — keeps the Fable cell around with a 😢 instead of letting it vanish.

Highlights

• Your working directory, always visible — row 2's last cell is now the full path with your home directory collapsed to ~ (e.g. ~/projects/hw-radar). It shares the trailing column with row 1's folder name, so both appear together or omit together when there's no working directory.
• Worktree rides on the branch — in --worktree sessions the worktree name now follows the branch as @branch:worktree (the colon and name hide together when there's no worktree), instead of taking up its own cell in row 2. That's what freed the slot for the full path.
• Effort stays flush to the pipe — the reasoning effort word now right-aligns to column 1's edge, stacking directly over the extra-usage dollars. Previously a wide $spent/$limit figure pushed effort away from the |; now the padding falls between the model name and the effort, the same treatment the dollars and percentages already use.
• A 😢 for Fable, not a disappearing act — Fable leaves subscription plans on 2026-07-07 and is expected to return. While its weekly limit is gone, the Fable label stays and the percentage becomes a 😢 rather than collapsing to a dim -, holding the column until Fable comes back. The emoji is measured as two terminal columns, so the pipes stay aligned in every locale.
