Upstream plans for v1.8 and v1.9 changes

Can I check on whether there are any plans or timelines to upstream these 39 commits [here](https://github.com/Microsemi/switchtec-kernel/compare/dcda8e5673c8b3190cca5ee9b7899fabbd672b8d...master) (more or less, excluding the merge commits and version bump commits) to the main Linux kernel repository?
