evaluate ODHSI forums for PCORnet

They have an incredibly rich state of the art discussion forums.

Our subject matter hat 80% overlap and their tools are really good.

I learned from Jon Duke that OHDSI got a lot of help with the community-building stuff (e.g. the discourse forum platform) from Paul Biondich, the guy who leads OpenMRS, which has built a huge, vibrant, international community.
