After 3.29 patch most inc/reduce "Mana cost" modifier change to "Mana Cost Efficiency".

What is the wording in Path of Building?

When I generate the trade URL link, it still generate old modifier "Reduce mana cost" link and display "skill cost" in find timeless jewel function option
