Direction
- Add CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md (referenced from CONTRIBUTING), issue templates (bug/feature, mirroring the audit-issue structure), and a SUPPORT pointer.
- Add a short continuity note (GOVERNANCE.md or a CONTRIBUTING section): who can act if the sole maintainer cannot — the excellent process documentation makes the project unusually survivable, but nothing says so.
- One user-facing sentence in README/CONTRIBUTING disclosing the governed AI-assisted development model (AGENTS.md already defines it internally).
