SelectValue When Scrolling while expanded dropdown doesn't stay at input

Describe the bug

When I open the SelectValue and then Scroll, the Selection does not stick to
the input but scrolls with screen.

To Reproduce

1. Open https://www.matblazor.com/SelectValue with Firefox or Chrome - on mobile or desktop
2. Open the Dropdown
3. Scroll up or down
4. See the dropdown not stuck to the input

I've seen this issue in their official documentation but couldn't reproduced this on a real application. are you facing it in your application?
