• @VTskier Update the Vermont eFile About page project-partner language to:

LITEFile's Vermont e-filing integration was developed in close partnership with Legal Services Vermont (LSV), who collaborated on funding, building, and deploying LITEfile to expand accessible electronic court filing for self-represented litigants in Vermont.

Please normalize the product capitalization to LITEFile in the implemented copy unless the partner requests otherwise.

Cross-reference / code check

• Add about page, more sign-in clarity, and consider labeling each page as "LITEFile" #137 added the About page and was completed recently; this is a focused follow-up copy change, not a request to rebuild that page.
• efile_app/efile/templates/efile/about.html currently has a Vermont-only paragraph that instead names both Legal Services Vermont and Vermont Legal Aid and refers to deploying tools through VTLawHelp.
• The Vermont config already identifies Legal Services Vermont (LSV) as the project/funding partner.

This is a straightforward template-copy change with a public-page test update if the current text is asserted.

Acceptance criteria

1. The Vermont jurisdiction About page uses the partner-approved description above (with consistent LITEFile capitalization).
2. Illinois and global About-page partner copy is unchanged.
3. Existing Vermont LSV logo/link remains intact unless separately requested.
