Would like a plugin to allow round tripping when you upload a file to synbiohub using: https://github.com/SynBioHub/Plugin-Submit-Excel-Library/blob/master/app.py

Describe the solution you'd like
Having a download plugin that provides all of the parts in the collection in the format used by the template used in the above upload template.
