autojobs and structures not accessible

When using the screen reader mode and accessing auto jobs or auto structures with NVDA and chrome checkboxes never read as checked. I've tested to make sure things are on, however even when enabled NVDA will say it's unchecked. The boxes to edit amounts and ratios work well as far as I know.

Additional note: After saving changes and reentering the screen, boxes will read correctly. This must be done each time you want to verify a change.
