[Bug]: Changing Quality does not stop at exact timestamp

### What happened?

If you change the quality or format whilst the player is paused, in rare cases the marker may shift by a few seconds after the quality has changed.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open Video
2. Pause Video
3. Open Video Settings
4. Change Quality multiple times (needs minimum 10-20 tries / various videos)
