Look at pulling seasons at a time from TMDB

For the first release I'm ignoring the episodes node of a season request, but we could use it to save on web requests from us to TMDB. Possibly something similar in our client too instead of individual episode requests since that could make it significantly faster for users.

I have continued to think about and look into this. One barrier is that it makes it hard to use osdbHash since that relates to only one file.
One solution is to do the season lookup first, and if that fails, fallback to episode matches. That way we get season matches for good filenames, but still retain the ability to match on filenames we couldn't parse
