Add a key deprecation management panel on the creator dashboard to initiate and monitor a key wind-down

Summary

Creators who want to deprecate their key have no UI to do so. A deprecation panel on the creator dashboard should let them set a buyback price, preview the total XLM required to escrow, and submit the deprecate_key contract call.

Scope

• Add a Deprecate Key section at the bottom of the creator dashboard settings tab
• Show a buyback price input and compute total escrow required as buybackPrice * circulatingSupply
• Show a prominent warning: 'Deprecating a key is irreversible. All new buys will be disabled.'
• Require the creator to type DEPRECATE in a confirmation input before enabling submit
• Show a 'Key deprecated' banner on the creator dashboard after successful deprecation

Acceptance Criteria

• Total escrow amount computed and displayed correctly
• Submit disabled until DEPRECATE is typed in the confirmation input
• Insufficient creator balance shows an error before submission
• 'Key deprecated' banner shown after successful deprecation
• Buy button disabled on the key detail page after deprecation
