[Lincoln-Madaraka]

I think we need to add the toggle functionality for themes(Dark and Light Theme). This will fend for audiences comfortable with dark themes(I didn't say devs).

Just checked, the minimal theme doesn't seem to support dark mode and we use it. Not opposed to changing the theme, but it should look okay even if we decided to switch to a different theme.
