Align RequestValidator with all openapi-* schemas

It could be interesting to align RequestValidator with all the possible declared components in all openapi-*, such as:

1. Iban
2. Bic
3. BelgianRemittanceInformationStructured
4. VatNumber
5. ....

Maybe reuse the same validation implemented in smalsutils-validation

Indeed I think validators should be added for these types:

• NihdiNumber
• Iban
• Bic
• BelgianRemittanceInformationStructured
• VatNumber
• EmployerId

Some discussions are ongoing regarding potential open-sourcing of smalsutils-validation, which would allow integration between both libraries without duplicating the validation logic.

Out of all these, I think EmployerId might be the most commonly used, and perhaps worth adding already while awaiting progress on open-sourcing smalsutils-validation.
