Subject: [PATCH 1/2] fix: support @tanstack/markdown 1.x

- widen peer range to >=0.0.13 <2.0.0 (1.0.0 verified: additive API only)
- bump devDependency to 1.0.0
- validated against 0.0.15, 0.0.16 and 1.0.0 (typecheck, 88 tests, build)
