New Fork for continue Development/Maintainance

Hi, for everyone who is still using / trying to start using this plugin, I forked it and made several improvements to support native Windows vim, fixed several bugs, etc.

I'll keep maintaining the forked repo and tests/issues are welcome.

The name has also been changed into taskwarrior.vim to follow the new style.

I worked with blindFS to design this vim plugin, many years ago. Then I worked with xarthurx some on his fork, now also abandoned. I maintain a fork for development at https://github.com/linuxcaffe/taskwarrior.vim and you are welcome to join me for ongoing development.
