Ability to disable wizer

Would be great if there would be a flag to disable wizer. Wizer doesn't allow calling any imported functions during initialization, but sometimes for debugging, that can be pretty helpful.

Hey @MendyBerger is this issue still relevant with your recent progress on calling imported functions via the updated wizer?

Wizer needs a release of some of the newer code but I assume that's a different issue than what you were asking for here.

I think this still makes sense to do, and I was told by @ricochet that ComponentizeJS used to have such an option.

Another reason this might be useful is for custom wit, as wizer is unlikely to add support for custom wit even after enabling wasi.
