Issue Running PlusApp for Clarius Ultrasound Integration

Hi,

I am setting up ultrasound tracked imaging with Clarius and have installed the following software:

PlusApp-2.9.0.20250912-Clarius-Win64.exe

PlusApp-2.9.0.20250912-Win64.exe

I completed the essential configuration steps to integrate with a 3D scanner. However, the Clarius-specific version (PlusApp-2.9.0.20250912-Clarius-Win64.exe) does not run at all, and the generic version (PlusApp-2.9.0.20250912-Win64.exe) launches but is not compatible with Clarius devices.

We have a research license and have access to port 5828. Could you please advise on how to resolve this and successfully run the Clarius-compatible PlusApp for our tracked imaging workflow?
