no image displayed

I have successfully compiled and run the example codes for python, console, and qt. The connection is established, and the certification is properly loaded. However, no image is displayed when using the python (pysidesolum) and qt applications.

Here are my system details and what I have tested so far:

• OS: Windows 10
• FW Version: 13.0.0-develop-13016+94756fda79_13.0.0-develop-13016+94756fda79
• Firewall is turned off

qt behavior:

• In the "Setup" tab, the Bluetooth search is working. I can ring the scanner and turn it on and off.
• In the "Connection" tab, all functions work.
• In the "Control" tab, the Run button remains grayed out, and therefore no image streaming.

python behavior:

• I checked the code, and newProcessedImage is being called continuously.
• The data coming through is not zero, but nothing is being displayed.

For qt example: ensure the correct probe model is selected and a workflow is loaded. The sequence should be: 1) connect Bluetooth in setup tab, 2) connect Wi-Fi in connection tab, 3) select a probe model + workflows and click "load" in the connection tab and 4) click run in the controls tab.
