Full cli-contract surface incl. --graphs; strict validation of every flag value (non-zero on unimplemented, never silent); three cache layers explicit + tested (materialization by lock hash, per-crate IR by source hash, always-rewritten analysis_cache.json). Gate: cache behavior tests for all three layers.
