Improve content of Privacy Policy

• add in URL of platform app

• include all cookies and third-party web analytics used in list - reference Mozilla's Websites, Communications & Cookies Privacy Notice (expand "We may use cookies..." for full list)

#how-do-we-use-your-information

• include more info about how individual products use info
• include more examples of use of usage metrics and other non-personal information in development
• include link to Hubspot page to unsubscribe email address from Commit mailing lists

#when-do-we-share-your-information-outside-of-commit

• review and revise "Example of use" column as needed
• check that all big service providers are listed (particularly any that have personal information)

#how-do-we-store-and-protect-your-information

• update retention paragraph, as needed
• include more about security at Commit (possibly new section or separate policy - reference GDPR Article 5: Principles relating to processing of personal data and Mozilla's Data Privacy Principles)
