In iOS 17 ,"https://<path:_>" convert to URL failured

In systems above iOS 17, the default implementation of URLConvertible fails to create a URL, while it can succeed on older systems.
I understand that the issue is related to the character set being used.

感觉上 iOS17的URL类型要求变得严格了
