The docker compose logs reference doc does not document what datetime formats I can pass to --since or --until.

Suggestion

Presumably valid formats are the same as docker container logs, but I'm left to guess. (If that's the case, a link to https://docs.docker.com/reference/cli/docker/container/logs/ would probably suffice - no need to duplicate all this text.)
