Slice #77.3: Invoke the Convergence Check from the participating skills

Goal

Wire the canonical Convergence Check from #77.2 into the workflow skills that should reach it, and make it available through the supported agent adapters.

A gate nobody invokes is documentation, not a gate.

Scope

• Add thin references from the skills that own the moments the check applies to — at least architecture-impact, implement-issue-workflow and pr-review.
• Invoke it at least before a feature PR is declared mergeable, or an implementation issue is considered complete.
• Keep the canonical definition in one place; the participating skills reference it and never restate its content.
• If a new canonical skill was introduced by Present toolkit features and formalize architecture-aware SDD convergence #77.2, regenerate the agent adapters so it is exposed, and keep node scripts/check-agent-adapters.js green.

Acceptance criteria

• The relevant feature-workflow, implementation and PR-review skills invoke the canonical Convergence Check.
• No participating skill duplicates the check's rules.
• Any new skill is exposed through the supported agent adapters and the drift check stays green.
• Existing validators, generators, tests and documentation builds pass.

Two carry-overs from #80 and #81

Complete the Capabilities section. #80 documents Architecture-aware Spec-Driven Development up to the point where it flows into Reviewable Architecture Delivery, and stops there: its acceptance criterion says "from feature request to convergence", but the Convergence Check did not exist yet and advertising an unbuilt gate is the one thing a presentation change must not do.

It exists as of #81. This slice adds the final step to both capability entries in README.md — Spec-Driven Development and Reviewable Architecture Delivery — and links skills/convergence-check/SKILL.md. Small, but it is the sentence that makes #80's criterion true.

Adapters are already regenerated. #81 added convergence-check to all six generated adapters and ./build.sh check-adapters is green, so this slice's adapter criterion is satisfied on arrival unless the wiring introduces another skill.

Merge order

#83 (slice #80), then #84 (slice #81), then this. Both open PRs touch README.md in different sections.
