No install directive so install does nothing

These is currently no install directive in the CMakeLists.txt file so the instructions to install does not do anything.

I have found this to be blocked by #16 since uWebsockets types exist in the public API it is not possible to generate an install that does not also require uWebsockets itself.

Yes I realized it, I've made a mistake. So going to remove it. Once everything is in place, I might add it . No need to bother framework users with trivial things
