No drawing visible! (iOS 5.1/Storyboards)

This looks like a fine control in the example project, but I can't get it working in my own...

I'm placing the control visually in my storyboard, and changing the class in IB to "StyledPageControl" (as per usual).

The drawRect method does indeed get called, but nothing is being drawn on screen!

What could the problem be?

I'm not familiar with IB. Did not add support for it, but I pulled a request from someone who did a month ago,
Can you check if that works?

you can add it to storyboard set up most options by defining user defined runtime attributes, like this
