Trigger single test?

Is there a way to trigger only a single test inside a Cest via the Webception Interface?
I like to do that via command line to test just a single test. Would be nice if that works via the interface.

I have been trying to get individual testcases for so long. Finally I gave in and coded my own version for it. I will open a PR for it and if you want you can grab the code from my fork.
