add an example for using this with google colab

google colab is a python notebook that is very popular and we see a lot of users using the ngrok agent there. it would be good to have an example of using ngrok with this tool similar to pyngrok: https://pyngrok.readthedocs.io/en/latest/integrations.html#google-colaboratory
