PlayModeTestを実行した際にドメインリロードが入るとMCPツールの実行がエラーになる不具合

MCP Inspectorで出るエラー

MCP error -32001: Streamable HTTP error: Unexpected content type: null

再現手順

1. MCPを入れた任意のプロジェクトのProjectSettingsの「When entering Play Mode」を「Reload Domain and Scene」に設定
2. 適当なPlayModeTestを作成
3. MCP InspectorからPlayModeTestを実行

現状の対処法

RefreshAssetsの後RunPlayModeTestsを実行しましたがダメでした
現状ではProjetSettingsを変えるしかなさそうです
