Did a bit of work on this. Added more explanation, examples and practice questions. Added a howto of filepaths for a file in a different directory, a description of read() and readline(), using for loops to read a file, and a discussion on split() and delimiters. Fiinally added a section on approaching files with headers using conditional statements.

Since many beginners to programming do not have any idea about file management, directories, filepaths, and file types and extensions, I have also created an additional lesson that goes through this from the very basics.
