SU Sources such as windmills or waterwheels falsely think their network is consuming twice as much SU as it actually is after joining a singleplayer world #1452

Description

Description

Basically, in my airship, I have pumps powered by water wheels. These pumps need to be always running unless redstone says otherwise.

Expected behavior: Pumps run as normal, water wheels keep rotating as normal, no issues, no unexplainable overstressing.

Actual behavior: when joining the world after having left it, I see that the water wheels have overstressed, and when using a stressometer, I can see that the network shows exactly double the SU usage as normal, despite no components having been changed. This will not fix itself under any circumstance unless i break and replace the SU source, in this case a water wheel, to interrupt the SU generation and force it to recalculate. I tried clutches, i tried adding a temporary SU source, but nothing fixed it except breaking a water wheel and replacing it.

Environment:
Minecraft 1.21.1
Neoforge 21.1.236
Sable 2.0.3
Aeronautics 1.3.0
Create 6.0.10
A lot of other mods, if relevant I can paste them here, but I haven't seen any incompatibility issues so far.
