I am trying to run michigan imputation server for quality control and imputation of vcf files.
But my jobs are not submitting it says overlaps between reference is less than 50%.
I want to prepare my vcf files to be able to using michigan server for imputation steps.
I am trying to follow the steps you have mentioned but I don't have a overall binary file set(bed,fam,bim). I only have genotype files.
Can you help me out with this.
