Compatible with foreign languages?

Will this work well for other languages provided I use the appropriate parser? I have tried many non-English languages and no relations are being detected, although the entities look correct. Is the relation detection specific to English given that it is manually written?

Unfortunately, I do not think I have the bandwidth to really extend this to other languages than English. But If you have an example and what I should be expecting from the parser, I can try to play with it so that we at least get more insights.
