[Bug]: Mouse produces garbage on the console after suspend

Current Behavior

After suspending the computer while connected to a remote SSH session, any mouse move, produces characters on the console and resetting is the only solution.

Expected Behavior

I assume the SSH session is not maintainable on suspend, but the standard WSL console should be so you can just reconnect.

Steps To Reproduce

Running Wave in windows over an Ubuntu WSL terminal.
