Make a web frontend.

[whym]

The two scripts trend_query.py and template_query.py generate search results, given queries as command line parameters. This needs an easy-to-use interface on the web.

• Provide a web interface with for simple text-formatted queries.
• Provide a web interface with structured queries for time-span specification etc.
• Provide an option to generate charts (using external APIs like Google charts).
