The merge of #5 did not start a push CI run. Add
workflow_dispatchto run the same CI checks onmainbefore a release. Keep the existing push and pull request triggers.Validation:
actionlint,zizmor, andgit diff --checkpass. This change adds no permissions or new jobs.AutoReview: Astra xhigh and Fable 5.1 report no P0–P2 findings. Linux and Windows CI pass.
