Store demographic information about the users

If a user participates in multiple surveys, it can be repetitive and not user-friendly to introduce the same data multiple times.

Describe the solution you'd like
When the users opens Space Mapper for the first time, the app should asks them a small survey about their information

• Birthday - (DD/MM/YYYY) - Optional
• Gender - (Male/Female/Non-binary) - Optional

• Information is stored in the user's device in sqflite
• Users should be able to edit their information afterwards
• When users participate in a project, the survey asks for permission to take this data from sqflite
