Issue Details
Steps to reproduce:
- Install AdGuard for Windows alongside Dr.Web.
- Open any browser and attempt to load HTTPS websites.
- Observe that AdGuard does not filter traffic and its CA certificate is not applied.
- Go to Settings -> App Management.
- Enable filtering for Dr.Web services (e.g., Dr.Web Control Service, Dr.Web Net filtering service).
Expected Behavior
AdGuard filtering and HTTPS certificate insertion should function correctly out of the box without requiring manual enabling of Dr.Web filtering in App Management.
Actual Behavior
Filtering and HTTPS certificate application remain broken until Dr.Web services are explicitly enabled for filtering in App Management.
